5. Spotify embed

This website includes a Spotify player that is not loaded automatically. Spotify content is only loaded after you actively click the button to open the player.

Once activated, data may be transmitted to Spotify, in particular your IP address, device and browser information, and information about the page visit. Spotify may also use cookies or similar technologies.

The legal basis for loading the Spotify embed is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. To the extent that information is stored on or accessed from your device, the legal basis is also § 25 TDDDG.

6. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be processed by technical service providers involved in website hosting, delivery, and domain operation. If you activate the Spotify player, Spotify also acts as a recipient of data.
